Job Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Meet & Greet the Seller in a warm and professional manner to create a good first impression and build rapport.
2. Guide the Seller through the relevant check-in, waiting, and deal area process.
3. Perform vehicle inspections in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
4. Complete the inspection report accurately within the stipulated time as per SAC quality standards for picture and vehicle inspection.
5. Identify the seller’s hot buttons using standard open and close qualifying questions and feed the closer with this information.
6. Assist the closer in closing deals using appropriate trial closing, negotiation, perceived value increase, and objection handling techniques.
7. Complete the necessary documentation for accepted offers and forward it along with the vehicle to the operations team, ensuring full receipt.
8. Ensure all prospective sellers who accept or reject offers are sent off in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive image of SAC and motivate referrals.

Qualifications

• KSA Driving License
