Job Description:

Integrated Business Planning & Inventory Management – Ordering – Shipments & Delivery Follow-up:

• Responsible for In-market Demand Planning Process, supporting the IBP process, orchestrating the Consensus demand meeting, reviewing Tender Scenarios Planning & New Product Launch forecasts with Finance and Commercial.
• Upload Forecast into planning systems monthly for 36 months (Anaplan / OMP).
• Accountable for Supply Network Planning, monitoring demand coverage, and upstream communication to prevent stockouts, ensuring inventory distribution aligns with market needs.
• Manage shelf-life and Artwork planning in OMP-SNP for each customer/country.
• Upload distributor sales, inventory, and movement files monthly into (OMP-DP / SNP).
• Generate Ex-source plan weekly from OMP-SNP and discuss progress with finance and commercial teams.
• Provide comments on customer location items with low coverage.
• Monitor stock levels with local distributors for optimal inventory management.
• Propose and validate private market orders collaboratively with sales and marketing.
• Manage the entire order process from forecasts to invoicing, ensuring correct SAP sales order processing and interfacing between systems.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve order errors on Galaxy.
• Ensure SOX compliance activities related to revenue cycle.
• Issue J&J IM invoices timely and follow up on production timelines and shipments.
• Ensure proper documentation flow and legal compliance for shipments.
• Recommend transportation means balancing customer service and costs.
• Handle tender orders, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage exceptions and discrepancies.
• Participate in demand planning meetings, drive product launches, and handle supply issues.
• Manage tender forecast reflection, collaborate on purchase orders, and oversee stock delivery exceptions.
• Coordinate with Regulatory and other departments for approvals and process adaptations.
• Handle customer complaints and product recalls related to supply chain.
• Review quotations for tenders ensuring supply chain compliance.
• Participate in reporting on orders, shipments, inventory, and deviations.
• Contribute to global scorecards and demand review processes.
• Ensure accurate order processing, delivery updates, and project completion.
• Require BA/BSc, +5 years of supply chain experience, strong communication, and analytical skills, fluency in English and Arabic.
