Description
Responsibilities
- The HP Store Manager leads the hp.com eCommerce business for Saudi Arabia.
- Full P&L accountability for the hp.com eCommerce business.
- Accountable for HP’s direct sales to consumer and SMB customers through multiple routes: online sales, tele-sales, HP Branded Store-in-Stores in marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, etc.
- Manage a virtual end-to-end online business unit: digital marketing, UX, merchandising, sales, product marketing, operations, fulfillment, customer service.
- Responsible for demand generation budget.
- Define the 4P strategy: product portfolio, pricing, placement, promotions.
- P&L management including forecasting and planning.
- Deliver a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience.
- Drive profitable growth and bring customer insights into the organization.
- Collaborate with internal functions like marketing, sales, IT.
- Own customer interface: content, checkout, communications.
- Lead change within the organization regarding the digital ecosystem.
Profile
- Experience in eCommerce, online sales, or category management.
- Sales leadership experience.
- Ability to act as a General Manager across functions.
- Achieved financial results at a regional or business segment level.
- Customer-focused with a growth mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced online environment.
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
- Effective communication and virtual teamwork.
