Job Description

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Expert (Technical) on a secondment basis. The candidate will provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors solutions and best practices, and deliver innovative and scalable solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors (all modules) and SAP S/4HANA Payroll.

The role involves advising on SAP roadmaps, emerging technologies (such as SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Payroll, Kronos, and third-party systems), and their integration into the business digital transformation. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and S/4HANA.

Responsibilities include guiding organizations on best practices for HR process optimization through SuccessFactors, and advising on setup, configuration, and customization to align with HR processes.
