Responsibilities

• Knowledge Building:Build knowledge within the team and support team members through participation in problem-solving discussions.
• SAP Proficiency:Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is required, with expert-level proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation recommended. Delivery Excellence proficiency and expert-level skills in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central are suggested.
• Strategy Development:Develop and implement strategies to optimize technology project delivery.
• Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks and opportunities.
