Job Overview

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience working in medium to large firms. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Hire to Retire processes in HCM, experience in at least two implementations, and familiarity with SF compensation as an advantage.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent, along with knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. The candidate should possess skills in EC payroll modules, SAP Payroll, Business Analytics, and SAP SuccessFactors, with certifications as a SF ECP Consultant preferred.

Responsibilities include configuring EC data models, workflows, MDF alerts, business rules, benefits, time off/time sheet, and document templates; managing payroll control center setup, data replication, and payment configuration; understanding system implementation, integration, and IT dependencies; and supporting global HR processes such as performance management.

The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and across cultures. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential.
