Job Description

As a SAP SD Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting SAP IS-Retail SD, order fulfillment, and POS integration, and know about Idocs monitoring, promotion management, and interface knowledge. Additionally, functional specifications for ABAP development and interface development were created.

Key Accountabilities

1. Support day-to-day SAP sales issues from stores, wholesale, and e-commerce.
2. Manage different types of automatic pricing and promotion processes.
3. Prepare functional specifications, unit acceptance tests, and training documents.
4. Handle the integration between SAP modules like POS, POSDM, hybrids, CAR, MM, CRM, FI, and BI.
5. Handle the interface between SAP-ECC, hybrid, CAR, CRM, PI, and POS systems.
6. Understand the business requirements related to sales processes and design the solution.
7. Configure and test the newly developed sales processes.
8. Create a business requirement document and conduct a feasibility study.
9. Coordinate between the SACO business and the SAP implementation partners.
10. Implement the end-to-end e-commerce project, the slow seller management process, and the SAP Fiori project.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Analytical skills, Microsoft Office skills, Troubleshooting, teamwork, Ownership.
3. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
