Role - SAP S/4 HANA FICO Principal Architect


Skills :



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and conversions.
  • Experience in presales and proposal development, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the financial processes and reporting requirements across different geographical regions.
  • Experience working in diverse cross-cultural environments with an understanding of international finance regulations and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • SAP certifications in Finance (S/4HANA or FICO) are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, and conversion projects, ensuring best practices and methodologies are followed.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions within the Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues between finance and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and enhancements.
  • To meet business objectives, provide expert guidance on SAP FICO configuration, customization, and system enhancements.
  • Perform data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system conversions.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
  • Engage in presales activities, including conducting product demonstrations and participating in client meetings to understand their needs.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations highlighting our SAP S/4HANA finance solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and SAP technologies to provide insights into potential improvements.
