Job description

In the role of Infrastructure Lead at Müller's Solutions, the Infrastructure Support Lead Analyst will be responsible for the design, maintenance, support, and scalability of the SAP infrastructure. This position involves guiding, coaching, and facilitating a team of specialists while contributing to the infrastructure support services. The individual will be part of a team of infrastructure engineers with outstanding technical expertise across various domain competencies.


Key Responsibilities:


• Provide daily leadership to the Infrastructure Services team.


• Design, construct, and maintain server and network infrastructure.


• Offer operational support for SAP architectures.


• Collaborate with engineers and developers on provisioning, configuration, protocol support, and security.


• Ensure infrastructure stability during new product and service launches.


• Develop, mentor, and train staff; seek continuous process improvements to deliver exceptional service.


• Create, document, implement, and sustain operational processes and procedures.


• Promote a culture focused on service quality through structured, repeatable processes.


• Monitor alerts, tickets, and processes to ensure timely task completion.


• Communicate policy and procedural changes effectively.


• Recommend modifications and improvements to senior management.


• Maintain service levels as established by management.


• Provide technological guidance for high availability and performance of project services.


• Address business requirements by evaluating technological options and vendor products.


• Analyze incident and problem management trends to identify and implement preventive changes.


• Collaborate with service providers to enhance end-user experience.


• Manage major outages using ITIL processes until resolution.


• Share knowledge through presentations and team activities.


• Maintain broad expertise in infrastructure technologies, including operating systems, storage, virtualization, networks, computing devices, and security.


• Serve as a systems administrator for specific technologies and provide escalated support.


• Re-engineer existing solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
