Responsibilities

• Lead SAP logistics (TM, EWM) programs across subsidiaries, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Define SAP logistics roadmap and ensure alignment with business strategy and supply chain goals.
• Govern project execution, manage risks, and provide executive-level reporting on milestones.
• Drive integration of SAP with 3rd party logistics, transportation, and warehouse systems.
• Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing SAP logistics team to deliver continuous process improvements.
• Operating Visual Project Management techniques in daily practice.
• Daily management and monitoring, reporting of important milestones to keep close control.
• Complete all technical integration evaluations of various elements forming an end-to-end solution in the overall logistics modules.
• Requirement Gathering and monitoring complete end-to-end “EDI” projects.
• Responsible for SAP version upgrade for logistics modules for the Organization
• Lead and manage SAP Rollout or new process implementation projects related to logistics modules from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to drive project delivery and resolve issues.

• Transportation Execution (Carrier Selection, Tendering, Delivery, and Shipment proposals)
• Freight Settlement (Charge Management, Charge Calculations, Freight Settlement)
• Integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, Event Management, GTS, EHS, EWM Expert knowledge in configuration and customization of TM Business scenarios, such as LCL, FCL, Multimodal scenarios, Co-existence scenarios, Co-Load Scenarios, Dangerous and Hazardous goods handling processes, Empty pick up and empty return, Carrier selection profile and tendering, Manual planning settings, Capacity selection settings, etc.

Qualifications

• Should be able to conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
• Should be familiar with writing the Functional Specification.
