As a SAP BW4HANA and SAP SAC Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in the company’s digital transformation, working to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Providing strategic guidance on implementing SAP BW4HANA and SAP SAC best practices that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Leading the architecture and design of data models, reporting frameworks, and integration strategies for SAP BW4HANA and SAP SAC to ensure performance and scalability.
• Configuring SAP BW4HANA, covering ETL processes, and utilize SAP SAC for creating dashboards, planning, and data visualization to meet business requirements.
• Integrating multiple data sources (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP CAR, INFOR, SAP EWM, Hybris) with SAP BW4HANA for consistent and accessible reporting.
• Developing custom reports and dashboards in SAP SAC to provide actionable insights for business users.
• Enhancing the performance of SAP BW4HANA and SAP SAC solutions through data model and query optimization.
• Working with CXOs, Directors, and Department Heads to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Conducting training sessions for business users and support teams on SAP functionalities.
• Overseeing vendor and team activities to ensure project milestones are met within scope, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations.

Knowledge , Skills , Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or relevant SAP certifications would be an advantage (optional).
• 10-12 years of experience in SAP BW4HANA, SAP SAC, or related fields, with specific experience in the retail industry.
• Advanced expertise in SAP BW4HANA, including data modeling, ETL processes,& performance tuning.
• Proficiency in SAP SAC for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (InfoObjects, DSOs, Composite Providers, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and align business and technical goals.
• Ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
