A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to lead the implementation and integration of SAP Ariba Buying with SAP S/4HANA. This 6-month contract role requires significant SAP experience and a strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes. 6-month initial contract – with extensions

I am working with a Big 4 who are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to lead a key project involving the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba Buying (including Guided Buying), fully integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba Buying, including Guided Buying.


• Integrate Ariba with SAP S/4HANA using CIG or SAP Integration Suite.


• Configure procurement workflows, approval processes, catalogs, and collaborative requisitioning.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.


• Conduct testing, training, and cutover for Ariba modules.


• Troubleshoot procurement, master data, and integration issues.


• Create and maintain solution documentation and user guides.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-8 years of SAP experience with 3+ full-cycle Ariba Buying implementations (including integration with sourcing, contracting, and SLP).


• Strong hands-on expertise with Guided Buying, catalog management, requisitioning, PO processing, invoice automation, and supplier collaboration.


• Proven experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA via CIG or middleware (e.g., PI/PO, CPI).


• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and contract compliance.


• Familiarity with Ariba Network, supplier enablement, and driving user adoption.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
