Job Description

CodePulse Technologies is a fast-growing IT startup based in Riyadh. We specialize in providing cutting-edge IT solutions and services to businesses across the Kingdom and beyond. We are currently looking for a highly driven, experienced, and proactive Salesperson to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Salesperson, you will be the 'face of our company' in the market. Your main responsibility will be to bring in business by actively hunting for leads, conducting cold calls, setting up and running meetings, and closing deals with clients.
Since we are at the beginning of our journey, your role will be crucial in building our client base from scratch.

Moreover, you will be responsible for distributing company brochures, visiting offices, participating in exhibitions, networking events, and establishing personal connections with decision-makers across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach to potential clients through calling, networking, and field visits.
Schedule, run, and follow up on meetings with prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets.
Perform field marketing activities such as distributing flyers, attending exhibitions, and face-to-face prospecting.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales progress.
Collaborate with management to improve sales strategies and client offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
Must have a valid driver s license and be willing to travel within Riyadh.
Knowledge of the local Riyadh market is a big plus.
Must have a valid, Transferable Iqama
