1. Sell spare parts to meet customer needs and solve problems effectively.
2. Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers upon contact.
3. Assist in keeping the parts department clean and organized.
4. Maintain all sales and customer records accurately.
5. Provide service technicians with required parts promptly.
6. Assist the Parts Manager in marketing displays.
7. Maintain the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed dealership standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Control inventory to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Attend prescribed training sessions to maintain proficiency in job responsibilities.
