About the Role:

Lead the entire Sales organization for ADC’s Digital Business Services (DBS), overseeing three core departments: Go-to-Market, Sales Management, and Sales Enablement. Drive strategic revenue growth, market expansion, and customer success across verticals, while engaging directly with C-level customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned to DBS’s business objectives.
  • Lead a multi-vertical sales structure including Go-to-Market, Sales Management, and Sales Enablement.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with major clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue realization across verticals.
  • Drive performance management, KPIs, incentive structures, and team growth initiatives.
  • Represent DBS at industry events, strategic forums, and customer engagements.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
  • Collaborate closely with the President of DBS and other vertical leaders to align go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to refine strategy proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal governance, sales policies, and legal frameworks.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related fields.
  • 12+ years of sales leadership experience, including multi-team management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Executive Education in Strategic Sales or Business Leadership.
  • Arabic fluency mandatory.
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics).
