Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our sales team within the SaaS and loyalty programs sector. The Sales Team Lead will coach and motivate the team, oversee sales operations, and play an active role in closing deals with key clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales specialists to consistently achieve and exceed B2B sales targets.
  • Sell company products and services by identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and closing high-value deals.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to enhance team skills, performance, and product knowledge.
