Job description: Job Purpose
Establish and maintain sales support protocols, processes, and policies, design reward systems, and ensure alignment with marketing activities. Manage CRM systems, distribute gifts, collaborate with various teams, and analyze data to enhance sales strategies and decision-making.
Key Accountability Areas
Sales Support:
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of protocols, processes, policies, and procedures for sales support.
- Design reward systems and define the scope of the business.
- Ensure alignment with marketing activities.
- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Develop plans for gift distribution.
- Collaborate with research and customer service teams.
- Analyze deals, competitors, and customer data.
Satellite Images:
- Collaborate with GEO marketing supervisors to set the annual plan.
- Manage approvals for satellite image plans and budgets.
- Monitor market changes to support management decision-making.
Surveys:
- Conduct surveys, develop reports, and analyze results through the CRM platform.
- Provide recommendations based on survey findings.
- Cross-reference market share data with sales and satellite data.
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
- Recruit, recognize, and develop high performers; manage low performers appropriately.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
