This is a position with grade 12.

This position reports to LDM & Senior Operations Manager.

Your role and responsibilities
  1. Support the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions in the field instrumentation domain and in preparing demanding offers. Provide technical support during meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and offer product/solution/service-related training.
  2. Ensure the offers are competitive, considering market conditions and customer requirements. Identify the best approach (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) to serve the customer effectively.
  3. Oversee validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, pricing) in each offer.
  4. Support the Sales team during technical meetings, presentations, negotiations, and provide necessary technical clarifications.
  5. Assist in bid/no-bid analyses and decisions. Participate in project risk review processes.
  6. Manage the Order to Cash process, including project management for identified projects.
  7. Administer and manage sales opportunity and pricing tools. Drive automation projects aligned with global and local directives.
Qualifications for the Role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in internal sales or sales support roles.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
  • Essential and preferred requirements include instrumentation know-how and strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
