Role and Responsibilities
- Support the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions in the field instrumentation domain and in preparing demanding offers. Provide technical support during meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and offer product/solution/service-related training.
- Ensure the competitiveness of offers by considering market conditions and customer requirements. Identify the most suitable approach (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) to better serve the customer.
- Oversee the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, pricing) in each offer.
- Support the Sales team during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations, providing technical support and clarifications as needed.
- Assist in bid/no-bid analyses and decisions. Participate in project risk review processes.
- Manage the Order to Cash process, including project management for identified projects.
- Administer and manage sales opportunity and pricing tools. Drive automation projects within the organization in line with global and local directives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in internal sales or sales support roles.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Essential and preferred requirements include instrumentation know-how and strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
