Job summary

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist the local sales team and customers by identifying the most technically suitable and cost-effective solutions in the field instrumentation domain.
  • Contribute to the preparation of complex technical offers and participate in technical meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with current market conditions and customer requirements. Recommend appropriate sales channels such as direct sales, consortiums, or channel partners.
  • Oversee the validation of commercial, technical, legal, and pricing terms for each proposal.
  • Provide ongoing technical support during client interactions, ensuring product/service clarity and confidence.
  • Support bid/no-bid analysis and participate in project risk assessments.
  • Manage the order-to-cash cycle, including project management responsibilities for assigned projects.
  • Administer sales opportunity and pricing tools and drive internal automation initiatives in alignment with organizational guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years in internal sales or sales support roles.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of instrumentation systems and applications.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively support and engage with customers.
