Job Description:

1. Develop and create quotes, proposals, and other documentation as assigned by the Sales Engineer.
2. Prepare Purchase Order Check List (POCL) and coordinate with the Project unit and Engineering department for proper job handover, ensuring that order conditions, change orders, and customer requirements are clearly communicated.
3. Collaborate with the Sales Team to obtain missing documents from customers during inquiries.
4. Manage communication with the client’s technical department and respond to clarifications regarding submitted proposals.
5. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 standards.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Support Engineer or in a similar role, with extensive knowledge of the Saudi market, particularly in switchgear and electrical panel business.
