Job Overview


The primary role of this position within the KSA sales team is to maximize sales volume, minimize stale products, achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high customer service levels. The supervisor will attend training to enhance professionalism and customer service skills and conduct daily debriefings with pre-sellers.


Responsibilities

  1. Set and communicate volume and stale targets with the DSM and sales staff.
  2. Conduct daily de-briefings with pre-sellers to review performance and set action plans.
  3. Meet weekly with merchandisers to coordinate in-store merchandising and promotional activities.
  4. Develop journey plans for pre-sellers, confirm customer service frequency, and review customer visits daily.
  5. Plan holidays and relief cover to ensure service continuity, and coordinate with the Finance Department on outstanding payments.
  6. Provide on-the-job training by accompanying pre-sellers on their visits.
  7. Attend monthly team briefings with the DSM, presenting team performance and plans.
  8. Monitor KPIs such as sales volumes, customer service achievement, stale products, and receivables.
  9. Maintain merchandising plans across outlets and achieve monthly activity targets.

Qualifications

  1. Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of sales development tools.
  2. Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
  3. Minimum 6-8 years of FMCG sales experience, including category management projects.
  4. University degree and computer literacy.
