Primary Role Focus:
Responsible for supporting and coordinating the sales workflow between clients, local partners, and internal departments. Accountable for managing revenue-generating processes and providing business administration support.
Reports to: General Manager, Saudi Arabia

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Purchase Order Management:
    1. Manage the end-to-end process for product purchase orders, from receipt of PO to cash flow.
    2. Review purchase orders (POs) and obtain acceptance approval per QMS guidelines.
    3. Maintain accurate PO records and create corresponding folders.
    4. Coordinate with Operations to estimate execution dates and update local partners accordingly.
    5. Track and manage cancelled POs or line items, communicating updates to local partners.
    6. Confirm invoiced POs with Finance and ensure timely cash flow.
    7. Liaise with Aramco Operations Procurement and IT for PO issues, when necessary.
  2. Service Contract Execution:
    1. Access and manage Aramco Portal to track open DRSSs.
    2. Coordinate execution timelines with Operations and update Aramco Portal.
    3. Oversee ESV and Dilip processes in Aramco Portal.
    4. Communicate with Aramco certifiers and verifiers to secure service entry acceptance.
    5. Record revenue in Master Sheet and coordinate with Finance for invoicing and cash flow.
    6. Resolve any issues on Aramco Portal by liaising with Aramco CAD or IT Departments.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    1. Monitor and report on Revenue DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
    2. Prepare and present monthly revenue reports to management.
    3. Analyze and report revenue by line item, Aramco department, and sales representatives and other criteria as required.
    4. Track and analyze rig count.
  4. Administrative Support:
    1. Coordinate Aramco ID and sticker requests, tracking expiry dates for timely renewals.
    2. Manage staff accommodation contracts and occupancy.
    3. Handle travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, and transportation for staff and visitors.
    4. Manage company leased vehicles.
    5. Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
    6. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

Experience and Skills

  1. 5+ years of experience with Aramco SAP Ariba, ESV & Dilip systems.
  2. Strong organizational, coordination and communications skills.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Education and Training

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Physical and Safety Requirements

  1. Prolonged use of computer monitor, keyboard and mouse.
  2. Ability to sit for extended periods.
