Job Description
  • Lead a team of sales executives and oversee the channel’s performance through guidelines, training, and direction.
  • Achieve sales targets within the channel.
  • Plan route strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising Sales Supervisor and Team Leader to optimize merchandiser productivity and performance.
  • Manage regional accounts.
  • Ensure maximum benefits at the lowest costs.
  • Conduct analyses such as forecasting, regression, and cannibalization.
  • Communicate price changes internally and externally.
  • Implement BDA activities in the channel.
  • Develop weekly product promotion plans and ensure their execution.
  • Maintain NTEs and damages within budget.
  • Schedule market visits with the team periodically and record each visit to monitor development.
  • Assess team performance and develop improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising team to improve execution.
  • Achieve shelf share in respective markets.
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy and ensure adherence to the Sustainability Plan, promoting compliance with ESG commitments and supporting sustainable development within the supply chain.
Academic Background
