Sales Supervisor II | Dammam, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

The role involves delivering the company’s growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of all Almarai Bakery products within the designated area. This includes adhering to operational policies and procedures, maintaining high sales and merchandising standards, and leading a team of salesmen effectively.

Activities:

  1. Conducting effective session endorsements with Salesmen/Assistant Salesmen and reviewing performance daily.
  2. Performing "morning duty" to ensure all sales vans depart to the market on time and providing support for any issues faced by Salesmen at the depot.
  3. Setting and reviewing targets for Salesmen regularly to ensure sales and growth objectives are met.
  4. Initiating new routes and reviewing existing coverage to optimize resources.
  5. Conducting route rides and field assessments for all salesmen in the area.

Requirements:

  • Holding a Diploma Certificate; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in FMCG.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Competencies include: Knowledge of sales operations in FMCG, numerical and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, team leadership abilities, negotiating skills, time management, and motivation skills.
