About the Role:

The Sales Supervisor II will drive the company’s growth by optimizing sales and distribution of all Almarai Bakery products within their designated area. This involves adhering to operational policies and procedures and maintaining high standards of sales and merchandising through effective leadership of the sales team.

Activities:

  1. Conducting daily performance review sessions with salesmen and assistant salesmen.
  2. Performing morning duties to ensure all sales vans depart on time and providing support for any issues faced by salesmen at depot departure.
  3. Setting and reviewing sales targets regularly to ensure growth objectives are met.
  4. Planning new routes and reviewing existing coverage to optimize resource utilization.
  5. Conducting route rides and field assessments for all sales personnel in the area.

Requirements:

  • Diploma certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory sales experience in a van sales environment, preferably within FMCG.
  • Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
  • Key competencies include: knowledge of FMCG sales operations, numerical and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, team leadership abilities, negotiation skills, time management, and motivational skills.
