Sales Supervisor (Fresh Food)

A food company specializing in bakery and meat products, operating over 350 restaurants across KSA, is looking for Sales Supervisors with the details below:

Our client is a leading company in the FMCG industry, known for their quality and freshness, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Number of Vacancies: 8 Sales Supervisors.

Key Accountabilities

1. Controlling the expired returns coming from Market by making proper product distribution.
2. Ensuring that the daily loaded items to salesman trucks are sold out fully, keeping the carry over to a minimum to maintain product freshness.
3. Maintaining adequate stock levels at customer premises.
4. Submitting daily sales reports to the Sales Manager regarding daily activities and sales performance of the team.
5. Handling and securing all cash and credit payments of the route, adhering to company procedures.
6. Ensuring products are delivered according to customer requirements.
7. Building customer relationships and handling complaints using the proper customer complaint form provided by the Sales department. Training existing and new team members when needed.
8. Verifying products against the daily van loading sheet and reorganizing products where necessary.
9. Increasing the customer base and reviewing current ones to enlarge business volume, both vertically and horizontally.
10. Assisting the Sales Manager in revising and implementing sales strategies and plans.
11. Handling customer issues, making efforts to resolve them, and escalating serious issues to the Sales Manager for better handling and resolution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 5 years of experience in Sales.
3. Experience in FMCG.
4. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Very good level of English.
7. A driving license is preferred.
8. Experience in KSA is preferred.
