Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Supervisor, where you will play a key role in driving sales performance and leading a team of passionate sales associates. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success in one of the most vibrant retail environments in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
  2. Monitor sales metrics and store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic action plans.
  3. Ensure optimal product presentation and store visual standards are maintained.
  4. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to promote product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
  5. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Manage inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment efforts to ensure product availability.
  7. Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a retail sales role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
  4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred to connect with diverse customers.
  6. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
