Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sales strategy and oversee the implementation to match the center objectives.
  • Led strategic initiatives that supported and promoted NBCC product and services to achieve annual revenue growth targeted.
  • Participate with a cross-functional team to conduct market research to improve the growth of market share.
  • Build and maintain relationship with all stakeholders in the market.
  • Oversee sales team, Sales pipeline & opportunity/tender management through various channels and referral contracts with our partners.
  • Set financial targets and budgets and prepare reports for higher management.
  • Designed strategy to win new business and maximize selling opportunities among existing clients, achieving lucrative results
  • Develop effective pricing strategies that are competitive within the market while ensuring profitability. Lead and support the team in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to senior management. Ensure effective communication within the sales team and with other departments.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field, medical field background is preferable.
  • Experience in the events and conferences industry is a plus.
