Job Description

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the FM Sales Supervisor is to prepare contracts and quotations for FM revenue generation. To ensure customer satisfaction, the Sales Supervisor may need to visit clients to understand their requirements and coordinate with the internal FM team. As part of the FM revenue improvement strategy, the Sales Supervisor is required to visit clients outside the Al Faisaliah District on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft initial contracts for clients.
  • Send the contracts for internal legal approval and finalize with the clients.
  • Obtain approval from the CEO as per AK policy.
  • Create sales quotations through SAP and send to clients.
  • Create sales orders in SAP.
  • Review all approved contracts for renewal.
  • Initiate expired contracts for renewal and follow up until complete approval.
  • Generate invoices for contracts/quotations from SAP and send to finance for approval.
  • Download invoices and send to the collection team for delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Maintain the quotation and contract logs.
  • Review reports of pending quotations & contracts.
  • Conduct online client satisfaction surveys through approved forms.
  • Follow up on all approved quotations with internal departments until delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate with procurement for materials/services related to sales.
  • Meet clients outside Al Faisaliah District to improve FM revenue.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager to meet organizational objectives.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in Facility Management Sales or a similar role.

Certifications:

  • Preferred certifications in ERP.

Language Skills:

  • Proficient in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
