Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located in Jeddah. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales activities, manage a team of sales representatives, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, providing training and support to the sales team, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

  • Analytical Skills for assessing sales data and identifying trends
  • Team Management and Training skills for leading and developing a sales team
  • Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
