A leading company in the interior design sector is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth. The role involves identifying high-value leads in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, preparing tailored proposals, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of relevant B2B/B2C sales experience and a solid understanding of joinery and fit-out operations.
Objective:
To drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for high-end
interior design, fit-out, and custom joinery services. The specialist must have a strong understanding
of premium interior markets and the ability to translate technical workshop capabilities into tailored
client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage high-value leads in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations aligned with client
needs and workshop capabilities.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure feasibility and
profitability of offers.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining high margins and client satisfaction.
• Continuously build and maintain a network of architects, interior designers, consultants, and
developers.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM system and provide accurate sales forecasting.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and site visits as a company ambassador.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in B2B/B2C sales in interior design, fit-out, or furniture
manufacturing.
Industry
Knowledge
Solid understanding of joinery processes, fit-out operations, soft furnishing, and
CAD-based production.
Communication Excellent Arabic and English verbal & written communication.
Technical
Literacy
Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D design walkthroughs, and ability to understand
BOQ/technical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Existing client base in Saudi real estate, hospitality, or construction sectors.
• Understanding of ISO-certified project processes and high-end customer expectations.

Tools
Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Networking
Proven record of building strong client relationships and closing large-scale
deals.
Negotiation Confident in closing high-value deals under pressure.
