Job Title: Sales Specialist – Aluminum Factory

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our aluminum manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of aluminum products, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of aluminum products, including profiles, sheets, and custom fabrication options.
4. Quotation & Pricing: Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate prices and sales terms, and follow up on proposals.
5. Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of market trends in the aluminum industry.
6. Customer Support: Provide superior pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Collaboration with Production: Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
9. Exhibition & Trade Shows: Represent the company in industry exhibitions and trade shows to expand the client base.
10. Follow-up & Collections: Monitor order progress, manage deliveries, and oversee collections.
