Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets. This role involves prospecting new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and digital outreach
  • Qualify prospects, present product/service offerings, and close deals
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively answer client questions and provide solutions
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Report feedback from the market to help refine sales strategies and product offerings
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery and service
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales (industry-specific experience is a plus)
