Job description

Job Title: Sales Specialist

Language: Arabic + English

Education: A Degree in Biotechnology or Equivalent - BSc or higher.

Reports to: Team leader KSA-Bahrain

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00

Location: KSA - Riyadh

Job Rank: P11

Responsibilities:
  1. In-depth understanding of the products
  2. Market positioning of the products
  3. Scientific support of customers
  4. Achieving targets
  5. Preparing workshops for customers
  6. Assist with the collection
  7. Frequent visits to the customers in the territory (a minimum of 15-20 productive visits per week)
  8. Liaise with all technical and marketing personnel at head office to offer the necessary support to distribution partners & customers and fully service their accounts.
  9. Tenders management, bids, and quotation preparation
  10. Preparation of Sales Reports and Charts
  11. Conduct presentations and demos for customers
  12. Upload customers’ data to NETSUITE and update it regularly
  13. Actively update leads in NETSUITE
  14. Improve technical skills through company Apps
  15. Any other tasks assigned
