Main Purpose of the Job:

The perfect candidate will answer a variety of enquiries received from several channels or via phone call in both English and Arabic. They will also be booking for different kinds of services, promote for other products, and marketing special events/products to customers. Promote the services provided by the company by making marketing calls and managing meetings with various parties and companies inside and outside the workplace.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Completing sales booking and achieving the sales target.
  • Answering enquiries from several channels.
  • Creating quotations and sending emails to individuals, companies, and schools.
  • Communicating with suppliers for specific service-related matters.
  • Do reservations follow ups.
  • Research companies/3rd parties to attract for new services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, sponsors, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Pitch entertainment offerings such as live events, sponsorship packages, media buys, or content licensing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and creative teams to tailor proposals to client needs.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitability and brand integrity.
  • Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and forecast revenue.
  • In addition to other job-related tasks.
