Une entreprise en pleine croissance recherche un agent de vente pour promouvoir ses services dans le secteur immobilier. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience de plus de 3 ans en vente B2C et possédera une formation en marketing. Le rôle implique la gestion des pistes commerciales, le suivi des clients, et la préparation de rapports sur l'activité de vente.

Qualifications

• Nationalité saoudienne requise.
• 3+ années d'expérience en vente B2C dans l'immobilier ou le secteur bancaire.

Responsibilities

• Évaluer et prioriser les prospects identifiés selon leurs antécédents.
• Préparer et soumettre des rapports hebdomadaires sur les activités de vente.

Job Summary

Consultation to potential customers

• Assess and prioritize identified leads based on their backgrounds
• Understand the requirements of potential customers and recommend suitable options
• Convey and promote TOFM in a logical manner to turn customers into success partners
• Maintain sales activity data related to visits, interactions, source marketing channel, etc.

Sales closure

• Review sales strategy constantly to ensure target achievement
• Follow-up with customers to understand their interest level and possible apprehensions
• Inflight the customer of the financing options

Reporting

• Prepare and submit weekly report on sales activities including number of visits, number of leads served, calls, source marketing channel, etc.
• Report the status of all the open sales and recovery status to the line manager

Requirements:

• Saudi National
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related Field
• 3+ Years of experience in B2C Sales in Real Estate or Banking industry
