Sales Service Manager

A reputable and well-established Safety Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Service Sales Manager for their team in Khobar.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Design and implement service business policies to achieve service goals and targets.
• Lead the team by defining operational requirements and aligning objectives as per the company’s strategy.
• Conduct training for Service engineers.
• Identify customer needs and pursue new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and supply chain/logistics.
• Analyse market trends and translate them into strategy and contracts.
• Stay updated on market and product developments.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in selling service contracts or rental of capital equipment within the Oil & Gas/Safety/Construction or similar industry.
• KSA experience is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
