As part of our continued growth, Eaton Arabia is seeking a dynamic Sales Service Engineer to join our team. This critical role will drive our services sales strategy, ensuring profitable growth while strengthening customer relationships across the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and maximize services sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Track and respond to customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) efficiently.
- Secure order bookings by following up on proposals and negotiations.
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans, including regular visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients, particularly those with existing installed base equipment.
- Manage key accounts professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and monitor project opportunities, ensuring close follow-up for successful conversion.
- Collaborate with Estimation Engineers to prepare and submit timely, competitive quotations.
- Prepare comprehensive offers in standardized formats.
- Lead negotiation meetings, technical evaluations, and clarification discussions.
- Analyze competitor activities and provide monthly market insights.
- Maintain customer and project profiles, recommending sales strategies to management.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to leadership.
- Achieve sales and profit targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with major clients, consultants, and engineering firms.
- Organize technical seminars and meetings to enhance Eaton’s market presence.
- Explore strategic partnerships and alliances for sustainable business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 2-3 years in technical sales, customer service, or engineering support (preferably in LV/MV switchgear, MCC, or power distribution systems).
- Familiarity with IEC, ANSI/NEMA standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project.
- Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong ability to close deals, handle objections, and present solutions effectively.
- Capability to assess market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage client relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools for sales tracking.
- Knowledge of Eaton’s product portfolio or similar industrial solutions.
- Previous experience in B2B sales within the Gulf/Middle East market.
