Job Description
  1. Sell the widest range of the company's products to assigned customers based on group channel guidelines.
  2. Provide feedback on any competitive activity within the sales area and submit suggestions for retaliation if needed.
  3. Prepare special order requests (Prices, Designs, Approvals, Orders, MOQs) and obtain necessary approvals from both the customer and the company.
  4. Prepare SPO in full quantity produced to the customer without leaving stocks at the warehouse unless approved by Sales Management.
  5. Collect invoices according to the company's aging policy.
  6. Prepare all necessary documents for market visits or business reviews before going to the market.
  7. Maintain professional business relations with customers.
  8. Revisit lost customers and explore opportunities to regain business if hindering conditions have been resolved.
  9. Open new accounts on JDE or CRM, ensuring all required valid documentation (VAT, CR, National Address, CIS, etc.) is complete.
  10. Transfer the maximum number of accounts to the ECOM online platform, train customers to utilize the Napco platform, and monitor performance to prevent loss of customer sales volume.
