You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.


Job Profile Summary


As sales revenue planner, you contribute to the growth ambition of Mondelēz International and develop a stronger shopper base and consumer love for our brands, keeping our business partners & customers in mind and our community at heart.


How You Will Contribute:


  1. Lead execution of dcom plans and activation calendar.
  2. Collaborate with marketing counterparts to shape the plans and activation elements.
  3. Thoroughly track Flywheel KPIs and propose action plans for improvement.
  4. Lead the post-event review with key takeaways and future reflections.
  5. Support new customer setup for agency tracking.
  6. Cyclical budget tracking and spend process adherence.
  7. Track competitive environment and activations.

  1. Business planning for dcom channel with a focus on last milers.
  2. Analytical skills and strong business acumen.
  3. Strong understanding of the dcom channel and drivers of growth.

Typical Career Experience Required:


  1. Hands-on trade marketing/category planning/sales executive experience for dcom channel.
  2. Customer-facing experience.
  3. Effective communication and presentation skills.
  4. Holds a university degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in top FMCG business.
