Job Description

Sales Representative & Showroom Manager from Egypt required for a chain of retail lighting stores in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative and dedicated Showroom Manager to join our client team and help expand their presence in the lighting retail market.

1. Showroom Manager

• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom in the lighting industry.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and properly stocked.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
• Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in showroom management; lighting industry experience or experience in a well-known showroom chain; age below 34 years.
• Salary: 3,000 SAR + commission (may be higher) + housing + transportation + air ticket.

2. Sales Representative

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Meet sales targets through proactive outreach and negotiation.
• Requirements: 1-3 years of door-to-door sales experience; age below 26 years; proven sales experience, preferably in retail; strong communication and negotiation skills; self-driven and goal-oriented.
• Salary: 2,000 SAR + commission (may be higher) + housing + transportation + air ticket.
