Job description

Our company is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to work in the retail paint sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in paint and construction chemical sales and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing technical support, promoting products, and building successful relationships with retail clients and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales plans and achieve targets within the assigned retail territory.
  • Visit retail stores and showrooms regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Promote our products across the retail sector and expand product visibility.
  • Open new customer accounts, showroom shops, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical information to clients about the use and specifications of products.
  • Monitor market trends and submit regular reports on product performance and competitors.
  • Follow up on inventory levels in retail outlets and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure product availability and sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile

(*) Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling paints and construction chemical materials, especially in the retail sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of different types of paints (water-based, oil-based, epoxy, etc.) and construction chemicals (waterproofing, putties, adhesives, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid residency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (required).
  • Valid driving license.

  • Ability to deliver professional technical and commercial presentations.
