A Day in the Life

We are a company dedicated to helping patients improve their lives through medical device technologies and solutions. If you have expertise in sales, education, or nutrition and wish to join a dynamic environment within a multinational company, consider joining our Diabetes team to support our bold mission.

You will be responsible for selling the full range of Diabetes products, managing the territory in Hail from both a clinical and sales perspective.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced plans to separate its Diabetes division to foster growth and innovation, reallocating investments and resources to operate with greater speed and agility. This separation aims to enable our team to leverage increased investments for meaningful innovation and improved patient care.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop detailed tactical plans with SMART objectives to accelerate the growth of Medtronic Diabetes Portfolio.
  • Understand product applications relevant to the Saudi healthcare market.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions, which may occasionally require out-of-hours work.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the market.
  • Promote and present educational programs to healthcare professionals.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals through educational and technical presentations.
  • Educate patients on our pumps and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service & Logistics for order follow-ups.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven ability to generate growth and new business.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Business opportunity recognition and persuasive influence.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Based in Hail.

Preferred candidates will have 2-3 years of sales experience, training and education, or relevant background in diabetes, nutrition, or medical devices used in hospitals.
