Job Summary:

A customer-focused Mining Sales Representative with a strong background in relationship building, market expansion, and strategic sales execution is what Misferco is looking for. The right applicant will be essential in spotting expansion prospects, forming enduring alliances, and generating income with customized mining solutions.

NOTE: Relocation Services will be provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To be eligible for the commission, you have to meet the sales goals established by management for each of the following products: limestone, silica sand, marble, salt, and kaolin.
  2. Create powerful sales tactics to break into untapped mining markets and increase profits.
  3. Establish and maintain permanent relationships with important clients to guarantee high client satisfaction and company retention.
  4. Make use of industry knowledge to provide customized goods and services that match sales solutions with customer needs.
  5. To find trends, opportunities, and new demands in the mining industry, perform market research and competitive analysis.
  6. Provide persuasive presentations and tailored proposals that highlight the benefits of Misferco's offerings.
  7. Strike strategic agreements to guarantee permanent client commitments while maximizing profits.
  8. To guarantee smooth customer delivery and operational alignment, cooperate with the engineering, production, and logistics teams.
  9. Using CRM tools and market data analytics, provide precise sales forecasts and performance analysis.
  10. To preserve corporate integrity, adhere strictly to Saudi business regulations and moral sales techniques.

Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in mining sales within Saudi Arabia.
  3. Expertise in client engagement, consultative selling, and B2B relationship management. Strong knowledge of mining processes, equipment, and industrial logistics.
  4. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer-centric problem-solving skills.
  5. Willingness to travel extensively to client sites and industry events.
  6. Valid driver’s license.
  7. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
