The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of sales processes and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  3. Analyze client needs and recommend suitable fire protection and electromechanical products/services.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  5. Conduct negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing ongoing client support.
  7. Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  8. Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  10. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and related events.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire protection or electromechanical industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  6. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and industry trends.
