Saudi Arabia’s leading manufacturer of Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Executiveto lead our PCE sales activities in the Central Region. This is a high-impact role suited for a young, energetic sales professional with a strong background in construction chemicals or concrete admixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for PCE products.
  • Identify and grow relationships with ready-mix concrete plants, contractors, and distributors.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
  • Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Skills

  • Knowledge of the Construction Chemicals field and its sales techniques and strategies.
  • Knowledge of the Concrete Admixture field is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software..
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the construction chemicals or concrete admixtures field.
  • Proficient in English, Arabic is a plus.
