You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance user experience on our platforms and support our overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales platforms and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales management to identify areas for improvement and drive platform enhancements.
• Train and support sales personnel on the effective use of sales tools and processes.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to assess platform performance and identify actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for sales tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our sales platform capabilities.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment across business initiatives.
