The Role

Based in Jeddah, this role plays a pivotal part in managing the order intake process and car flow management across the sales network. The Sales Planning Analyst will serve as a bridge between sales, logistics, and finance, ensuring accurate planning, timely vehicle delivery, and optimal stock utilization.

  • Managing vehicle order-taking processes with precision and timeliness
  • Overseeing end-to-end car flow across showrooms, warehouses, and logistics partners
  • Supporting sales forecasting, planning cycles, and performance reporting
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to align inventory with sales goals
  • Identifying and resolving planning bottlenecks or data gaps
  • Generating insights and reports that drive commercial decision-making

The Candidate

  • 5 - 7 Years of experience within sales operations/panning within the automotive sector
  • Have hands-on experience with order management systems and inventory planning
  • Bring structure, discipline, and data-driven thinking to their day-to-day work
  • Be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and navigating cross-functional teams
  • Have a pleasant, high-energy personality and a collaborative mindset
  • Currently based in Jeddah, or open to relocating
