The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in empowering a high-performing, customer-facing tech sales team by providing operational support, performance insights, and streamlined processes. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales leadership, ensuring reps are equipped to engage customers effectively, close deals efficiently, and exceed revenue goals.

Serve as the operational backbone for the direct sales team, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and customer interactions. Monitor key sales performance indicators (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rates, sales cycle) and generate actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness. Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting in alignment with business objectives. Drive adoption and optimization of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate data capture and pipeline visibility. Identify process bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement solutions to accelerate deal flow and reduce administrative burden on reps. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support coordinated customer engagement strategies. Train and onboard new sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices.

Profile

5+ years of experience in sales operations within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment. Deep understanding of customer-facing sales dynamics and supporting tools. Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, and reporting dashboards. Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to translate data into actionable plans. Fluent in Arabic and English with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
